TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 567 of 2024 ORDER: This criminar petition is fired under section 4g2 of cr.p.c seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner in crime No.335 0f 2023 of Nizamabad lll Town police Station, Nizamabad District. 2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in crime No.335 of 2023, registered for the offences punishabre under sections 417, 420 and 376(2) (n) of tndian penat Code, 1860. 3 Learned Additionar pubric prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and numbered as p.R.c.No.2 7 of 2024. 4. Having regard to the development in the proceedings and as the petitioner has to reconstruct and strategize the preadings, granting riberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application to chailenge the precipitated proceedings, if so advised, this Criminal petition is disposed of.
