BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 1157 of 2025 ORDER It is stated that the petitioner is the wife of late Pinnapu R6ddy Ravinder Reddy and her husband was the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.O2 guntas in Sy.No. 154 l1; Ac.O.17 guntas in Sy.No.154 lA; Acs.2.l9 guntas in Sy.No. 170lE3; Ac.O.06 guntas in Sy.No.194lE1/ 1 and Ac.O.16 guntas in Sy.No. 197/.4, situated at Janaladinna Village, Neredcherla Mandal, Suryapet District and his name was recorded as pattadar in al1 the revenue records. It is further stated that the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook No.T29l7 OO7 0369 uide Khata No.859 in favour of the husband of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act,2O2O"). It is further stated that after the death of her husband, the petitioner made an application for sanction of Pouthi Izafa/ succession and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook as per the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not entertaining the application made by the petitioner for sanction of Pouthi Izafa/ succession. I 2 CVBR. J Wp ll57 2025 e

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 3 and with their consent, this writ petition was disposed at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has submitted that the petitioner has not submitted online application in appropriate module of Dharani Web Portal duly enclosing all the documents and if such an application is submitted and the said application fulfils all the requirements of the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uide circular No.1 of 20'21, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. I of 2O24, dated 28.02.2024, the respondent authorities would take appropriate action of granting succession/ Pouthi Izafa and consequential mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book in her favour. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it

4. appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to make online application in appropriate module of Dharani Portal seeking to grant Pouthi Izafa/Succession, duly { 4 3 CVBR, J Wp ll57 _t025 enclosing the joint family consensus settlement c{eed among her family members. If all the family members of the petitioner have submittecl a joint consensus settlement deed, respondent No.3, who is the competent authorit5r for amendment/change of the record of rights, is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders for granting pouthi Izafa after issuing notice to a1l the persons interested and effected by the orders of granting mutation and succession, within a period of three (O3) months from the date of submission of such application by the petltioltcr

5. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There Shall be no order as to costs.
