3. Interim order was granted on l8.O2.2)tl in both the writ petitions. The docket reflects that the nterim order granted earlier was extended up to 30.06.2021. Subsequently, the matters were again listed on 1O.O9,2025, but no directions are issued afte ' 30.06.2021 extending the interim order granted on 18.02 : O2 1

4. Today, it is represented by Ms. J. S;' ,,athi Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. E. Srir ivas Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners, that O.S.Nos 118 of 2022 // /., // n l J JAK, J W.P.Nos.146O & 1462 2O2i and 128 of 2022 are flled with respect to the properties before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri District, by petitioners for partition against respondent No.6. The petitioners in W.p.No.1462 of 2O2l are plaintiffs and respondent No.6 is the defendalt in the suit. It is submitted that an order of status quo has been granted (neither the copies of plaint nor the interim order granting 'sfafus quo" are presented before this Court). 5 There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.6.

6. Be that as it may, since Ms. J. Swathi Reddy, learned counsel, furnished the details of the suits and it is represented that the subject properties are the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that parallel proceedings cannot go on with respect to the same subject properties, suits are lrled subsequently in the year 2022.

7. l.earned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to n,ithdraw the rn rit petitions.
