It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing'on behalf of respondent Nos.2 tO 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.12.2024 passed in W.p.No.369O2 of 2024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counset on record, the writ petition as disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 7 to consider and pass appropriate orders as per rules in force and in accordance to law on petitioner,s application seeking electricity connection supply within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order duly considering the sanction accorded by the 4th respondent I vide Sanction Memo No.SE/OPlHBG/COMML/DR.NO.475l 24-25t D.NO.2193/24-25t dated L3.LL.2O24.
