This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing th-i Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the argurnents of Sri Shreyas Reddy Yalagiri, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Additiona public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri K Rajashekar Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following Common Order : HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUWADI SRIDEVI l.A.Nos. 3 and 4 ot 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITI ONNo.541 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to B to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.7 of 2Q24 of Police Station, Srirampur- WPS (Ramagundam), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4984, 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the

2. petitioners as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l-A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound I I the offences.

3. Vide order daled 27.01.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee' High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report. 2

It is submitted that while the samswas pending, my well-wished as well as the society elders have brokered peace between the de-facto complainant myself and few other accused all ofus have arrived at a compromise the terms of whichare as under: a. b c The. In pursuance of this Memorandum of Understanding, both the petitioner and defacto complainant undertake that they shall not initiate any further litigation before any court of law, nor shall they harass each other in the future through any legal proceedings. In pursuance of this Memorandum of Understanding, the defacto complainant agrees to withdraw the Restitution of Conjugal Rights Vide H.M.O.P.
