Iand to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy'No' 111 situated at Hyderguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having succeeded the same from their late mother' It is further stated that name of their mother reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued Pattadar passbooks and title deed in her favour' It is the case of the petitioners that when boundary disputes arose with the neighboring owners, they submitted F-Line application vide No' DER0223010O522, dated 20.12.2023 by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject land and hx the boundaries' The i a' 2 grievance of ttre petitioner is that even after recoiving the said F_ Line application, the respondent authorities ar(l not conducting survey anci fixe tion of the boundaries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sr-rbmifl.ec that in terms of the r:ircular issued by the Commissionerr, Survey, Settlements; and Land Records, the respondents are L,ound to consider ttre application within 45 days from the dat,:: of the application after collecting necessary charges.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Governr.ent plerlder for Revenue ap'pearing for the respondents has submitted t.hat the respondent auttrorities will consider the aloresaid F_Line application subrnitted by the petitioner by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and demar<:ate the subject land by lixing boundaries.

It is sett ed law that the Survey Deparr,ment l.ras the authorit5r to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance with the pro.,risions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1.317 Fasli // I t J (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telalgana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (held measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are requirid to submit specihc documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary fixation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issued relevant circulars from time to time vide Rc'No' NIl6543lgg, dated 25.O7.2OO1 , Rc.No.N1/l4O8l07' dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/ l74l l2OlO, dated 18'05'2010 stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private lands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioners fulfils all the I conditions of the said circular, it is an obligation for the authorities to conduct survey within the time specihed in the said circulars'

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent- authorities to examine the petitioner's F-Line application uide No.DERO2230 LOOO522, d,ated 20-12.2023, in accordance with ttre provisions of the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and also in terms of the circular instructions issued by the t : 4 Commissioner, Survey, Settlements qnd Land Rec,:rrds for conducting survey on field measurement applicatic,ns, (F_Line applications), fi'om time to time, within a period rtf four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this orde:-, if no1 already conducted
