When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to examine ard pass orders on his representation dated 2l .12.2022 pending before respondent No.2. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material rLvailable on record, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ F,etition by directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.12.2022 submitted by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law,, as expeditiou sl1, as possible, by putting the interested parties on notice anrl affording them sufhcient opportunity ol hearing.
