Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behatf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5, Sri Gandham Durga Bose, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.6 to 10 and perused the record.
2. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that the respondent Nos.3 to 5 are interfering in civil dispute at the behest of unofficial respondents and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the civil dispute existing between the petitioners and the unoflicial respondents in favour of the unofficial respondents, which action of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 it is contended is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
3. Per contra, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I to 5 while denying the writ averments -would contend that both the petitioners and the unofficial respondents have approached the respondent authorities on OS -O1.2O25 with regard to the land dispute and the respondent authorities on noticing that the aforesaid dispute being civil in nature advised the parties to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction.

Learned Government Pleader would further submit that the respondent authorities except advising the parties to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction are not interfering in the civil dispute that may exist between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents nor coercing the petitioners to settle the dispute.
5. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is taken on record.
6. l,earned Counsel appearing on behalf of the unofhcial respondents appearing through online, on the other hand would submit that the said unoflicial respondents never approached the respondent authorities at arry time after the petitioners approaching the competent Court of civil jurisdiction by frling O.S. No.66 of 2024 wherein there is an order of injunclion granted in favour of the petitioners herein.

Since, both the petitioners and the unofficial respondents claim to have approached the respondent authorities on O5.01.2025 in relation to the aforesaid land and the respondent authorities having noticed the said dispute to be civil in nature I I ,L -) having advised the petitioners as well as the unofficial respondents to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, and the petitioners having already approached the civil Court, this Court is of the view that the respondent . authorities are to be directed not to interfere in the civil dispute that may exist which is the subject matter of O.S. No.66 of 2024. 8. Subject to the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed. SD/.A.
