2. Heard Sri Tejavath Shivaji Naik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that after the death of the petitioners' grandmother, Smt. Megli, certain brothers, in collusion vvith the Patwari, illegally got the mutation of the land to an extent of Acs.3.34 guntas in Sy.No.191, situated at Tunki Village, Kaudipalli Mandal, Medak District done in their najnes without issuing any notice to the petitioners or conducting a proper enquiry. Though the land originally beionged to Smt. Megli and should have devolved upon her only son, Korra Vittal, and thereafter equally among all legal heirs, the mutation was carried out behind the petitioners'back.
4. A mutation was earlier made in the year 2OlB distributing the land equally, but subsequently the said I t Page 3 of4 brothers wrongfully transferred the title deeds in their favour. The petitioners have equal rights and are in actual possession and enjoyment of their respective shares, each cultivating Ac.1-20. Despite submitting a detailed representation, dated 23.04.2025 respondent No.3 failed to take any action. The Revenue authorities violated mandatory procedures by not issuing notice or providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners seek appropriate directions to protect their lawful rights and ensure proper enquiry and equitable distribution of the property.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioners ought to have submitted an application in an appropriate module of Bhu Bharati Portal with the respondent-authorities and in the absence of which the petitioners submitting representation before a respontlent No.3 and approaching this court seeking the remedy is nothing but misconception. Hence, seeks to pass appropriate orders.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit an application in an appropriate module of Bhu Bharati Portal with the respondent- authorities. On receiving such application,. the respondent- authorities shall consider the sarne and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. They shall pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioners and complete the said exercise as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this rvrit petition shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// To,
