JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA WRIT PETITION No.866 of 2O25 ORDER: Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No,1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The petitioner approached the Court seekinq orayer as under: "...to issue writ order or direction more particulariy one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the application of the Petitioner to provide for 7 Domestic connections total Domestic Contract Load of 35000 watts vide Reg. No. LTM256330010 connection to the petitioner in respect of the Residential Building Plot No.1074, in Survey No.11/14 to 11/18 and 11 part, admeasuring 300 sq. yards situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North:Plot No.1075; South: Plot No.1073; East:30' Wide Road; West: Plot No.1077. And not providing electricity connection to the above referred premises as illegal and arbitrary and pass such order or I 2 SN, J wP 866 2025 orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumsta nces of the case". It is represented by the learned counsel appearing. on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.36869 of 2024 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counse! appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner, for providing 7 Domestic connections, tota! No. LTM256330O1O connection to the petitioner in respect of the Residential Building Plot No.1074, in Survey No.11l14 b LL/La and 11 part, admeasuring 3OO sq. yards situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) Ranga Reddy District, in accordance to law preferably within a period of two(2) weeks thereafter, subject to the petitioner making necessary payment, as stipulated under the Electricity Act, 2OO3, However, there shall be no order as to costs.
