BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.829 of 2o25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is hled praying this Court to declare the action of respondent authorities in not taking steps to release t}le entire land admeasuring Acs.24OO.0O guntas in Sy.No.7 situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which was kept urrder the custody of the Government as ca.re taker by the original pattadar Smt.Haneefa Bee, W/o. Burhanuddin and the said land was made into plots to an extent of 1OO square yards to each petitioner and the same is in occupation of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 2l and 3OO-A ot the Constitution of India and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the owners of various extents of plots forming part ol Sy.No.7 situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further submitted that the pattadar of the land Smt.Haneefa Bee, W/o. Burhanuddin kepl the said land under the custody of the Government as care takcr, It is further submitted that the name of the original pattadar r.r,as recorded in all the revenue records, which is 2 CVB& J Wp_829_202s evident fr<;m Munthakab and Sethwar No.1262/ 1352 Fasli, therefore, he prays to direct the respondents to release the subject property from the custody of the Government.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent ttris writ . petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Sri Y.Ranadhecr, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forest has submitted that earlier some of the plot owners have hled writ petition and this Court, while disposing of the W.P.No.26934 ot 20 18 and batch, relegated the petitioners therein to approach the competent Court to establish their rights over the property, but without pursuing the said remedy, another writ pe tition also filed uide W.P.No.22l of 2024 before this Court for release of the property from the alleged custody of the Government. By an order, dated O1.O5.2O24 this Court dismissed the said writ petition 2nd a ggrieved by the same W.A.No. 1342 of 2024 was filed and this Court dismissed the said appeal uuCe judgment, dated 29.11.2024. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above submissions and as it is stated by the learned counsel for the respective parties that the issue raised i I i I I i I I I I I J CVBR, J Wp_829 2025 I in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No. 1342 of 2024, this Court, following the said judgment, dismissed this Writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioners to go before the appropriate civil Court as directed by this Court in W.A.No. 1342 of 2024, dated.29.It.2024. 6 As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
