Learned Senior counsel would submit petitioner I\os.1 and 2 are t}re absolute owners and possessors of open iand bearing plot No.1 14/D, admeasuring 12OO square yards and plot No.114/C, admeasuring 255 square yards in the combined lay-out of Sy.Nos. 17, 35, 36, 38 and 39 of Dargah 2 /AA and 9/AA of Raidur Naw [{unicipality, l.r-os.50O and Hussain Shahwaii Village in Sy.Nos.S/A, 61i . 7 of Raidurg Khalsa Village and Sy.Nos.13 anrl 14 Khalsa Village.
