Learned Senior counsel would submit petitioner I\os.1 and 2 are t}re absolute owners and possessors of open iand bearing plot No.1 14/D, admeasuring 12OO square yards and plot No.114/C, admeasuring 255 square yards in the combined lay-out of Sy.Nos. 17, 35, 36, 38 and 39 of Dargah 2 /AA and 9/AA of Raidur Naw [{unicipality, l.r-os.50O and Hussain Shahwaii Village in Sy.Nos.S/A, 61i . 7 of Raidurg Khalsa Village and Sy.Nos.13 anrl 14 Khalsa Village. Serlingampally Mandal : rd Rangareddy District, under registered sale c:eci 5Ol of 2O2O, both dated 22.O1.2O2O. petitioncr No.2 sold part of plot No. 1 t4 /D, admeasuring 50O square ya_ds to petitioner No.3 under a registered sale deed No.3254 ol 2O2O dated 24.06.2020.
