2. Heard Sri M.Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignments.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has purchased an extent of Ac;O.27 guntas in Survey No.135/4 /AA, an extent of Ac.0.03 guntas in Survey No.136/A/AA and an extent of Ac.O.12 guntas in Survey No. L37 /AAIAA, totaling to an extent of Ac.1.02 guntas, situated at Annaram village, Vangoor Mandal, Nagarkurnool district (for short 'subject propertyJ I I : 2 from Mothya Naik vide Sada Bainama dated 25.08.1996. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted an online application for the regularization of the subject land and for the issuance of E- Pattadar Pass books vide Application No.RoS022o03o3246l, dated 2g.lo.2o2o;. The respondents are not processing the application submitted by the petitioner and aggrieved by the sarne, present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignments would submit thilt it is not in dispute that the petitioner has filed an online apptication for reglilarization of Sada Bainama and also for issuance of E-Pattedar Pass Books, however, in view of the ord.ers passed b1' the Division Bench of this court in wp (pIL) No.27o/2020, the application submitted for reguladzation of Sada Bainama could not be processed. she would further submit that recently, the Division Bench vide order dated 26.08.2025 vacated the interim order; that pursuant to the order dated 26.0g.2025, the Government issued G.o.Ms.No.106, dated lo.og.2o2s for processing the applications received for regularization of unregistered transactions (Sadabainama) during the period from l2.lo.2o2o to 10.11.2o2o by exercising powers conferred under Section 6(1) of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2,,025. 3

5. She would further submit that in view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.1O6, dated 10.09.20 25, ttre application submitted by the petitioner on 2g.lO.2O2O will be processed, and the concerned authority will pass appropriate ord.ers as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignments, the respond.ents are directed to process the online ..f appfitation No.ROSO220O3O32461, dated 29.1O.2O20 submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the iu,provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Lana) Act, 2925, a:r.d communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible
