2. l.earned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court \ clea.rly recorded in the order dated 13.02.2023 in W.P.(PIL) No.3 of 2023 to the effect that learned counsel representing Kamareddy Municipality stated that the said Municipality has already adopted the resolution to withdraw tl.e General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) for Kamareddy Municipality. The matter was under consideration with the Government. l,earned counsel further submits that at present, the petitioners have no grievance, but, in case, the respondents intend to act on that Master Plan, the petitioners may be given liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, in the event the Master Plan is revived or any coercive action is taken. In view of the aforesaid stand of tl.e petitioners, this matter is delinked with the connected W.P(PIL)No.3 of 2023 and disposed of. No order as to costs.
