3. Since the subject matter in both the Revision Petitions are regarding the same issue, i.e., appointrnent of respondent No.5 as Governor elect for V I 01A District, both the matters are heard togelher and are being disposed of by comrnon order 2 LNA,J t2s of202s

4. When the matters are taken up for hearing, lear.ned counsel for the petitioner sought for ad_interim injunction restraining the respondents from declaring respondent No.5 as Governor clect unanimously lor V l0lA (lor.Warangal Dislr.ict). 5. Learned counsel for respondcnts subrnitted that in the District Conference held on 01 .12.2024, the International Executive Council (IEC) rnembers, eldcrs and also past Governors of V101A District, i.e., for.rner Warangal District, have taken a decision deciaring respondent No.5 as Governor elect of Vl0lA District and accordingly, respondent No.5 had taken oath on 01 .12.2024 and therefor.e, the subject narter in both the Civil Revision Petitions have become infmctuous and accordingly, the Revision Petitions are liable to be dismissed. 6. Leamed counsel for the petitioncr did not dispute the factum of taking decision by the IEC, declaring respondent No.5 as Governor elect and the oath being taken by the respondent No.5 as such on 01.12.2024, however, he contended that the tsye_laws of respondent No.l-Club mandates ceftain requisite qualifications for a candidate to contest for fhs pssl of District Govemor, viz., Lhe ) t,N.1,J C.R.P Nas.l31 & 325 oJ2A25 candidate should have served for full term in the post of Club President, Zone Chairperson and Region Chairpersor-r and should have had a standing of five years as Past President; and he should have hold continuous membership of an1, affiliated Club of the Association in good standing and he should be a n.rcmber of thc District Cabinet or International Programme Co-Ordinator for. at least tbur lull terms. Leamed counsel fu(her submitted that since L'espondent. No.5 did not satisfy any of the aforesaid requisite qualifications, at the first instance, he is not eligible to contest tbr tl'rc post of Governor and as such, the decision taken by (IEC) members, elders and also past Governors of V l0l A District, declaring respondent No.5 as Govemor. elect, is nonesl inthe eve of law.

7. l'he issue laised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is the subject matter to be decided by the trial Courr in the main O.OP. lnsofal as the reliefs sought for.in the Revision Iretitions are concerned, it is apt to notc that when the application filed by the I I petitionel seeking to grant ad-interim injunction restraining the lespondents fi'om declaring respondent No.5 as Governor elect 4 325 of2025 - \ unanimously for V l0l A l)istrict was pending adjudication belore the trial Cour-t, in tl.re District Confcrcnce held on 01 .12.2024, a decision is said to have been taken by the International Executive Council (IEC) mernbers, elders and also past Governors of Vl0lA District, i.e., formcr Warangal District, declaring respondent No.5 as Govemol elect of V I 0l A District and accordingly, rcspondent No.5 had also taken oath on 0l .12.2024. ln view of the said subsequent development, the reliel of interirn injunction as sought foi- by the petitionct in thc present li.cvision l)etitions no longer sulives for adjudication as thc sarnc has bccorrc infi'uctuous
