Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may ,be pleased to issue a writ, or order, or direction one in the nattrie of Writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents No.2 is totally negligent and the action of the respondent No.2 by disbursing the surgery expenses to Respondent No.3,4 and 5 is amounts to misuse of government funds under Arogyasri Programme/scheme, and direct the respondents No.3 4 and 5 to pay the original expenses paid by the petitioner to Sal Teja Hospital and also direct to pay damages for a tune of Rs.10,00,0001 towards the loss of health, loss of day to day earnings, loss of mental peace etc. ='7 l.A.
