It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing orr behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this C,)urt dated 22.70.2024 passed in W.p. No.29172 of 2024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking anto consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29172 ot 2024 dated 22.10.2024, the Writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage in sirnilar lines directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondent Nos. 2 to 7, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receapt of such application, the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 are . 3 SN, J wP 467 202s directed to consider the said application and also the request of the petitioner to grant necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subject premises of the Petitioner's H.Nos' L5-2t'32169 & 15-21- 32169lL, on Plot Nos.68 and 69 in Survey No'1O92/A' t(tg?,lC and 1O92 Part, Plot No'58 admeasuring 3OO Sq' yards and Plot No.59 admeasuring 18O Sq' Yards, (Total admeasuring 48O Sq. Yards), situated at Balaii Nagar' Kukatpally (V) and Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District' Telangana State, in accordance to law subiect to the petitioner making necessary payment, as stipulated under the Electricity Act, 2OOg, within two (O2) weeks thereafter.
