2. In spite of service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos.S and 6.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking a declaration that the impugned orders in Rc.No .164 / A4 /SPMU-NHM/ 2024-2 dated
25.IL.2024, re-allotting the petitioner from Mahabubabad District = 2 to Hanumrakonda District without considering his disability and to accommoc.ate the respondent No.5, is illegal arbitrary.

Lear::ed counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a physicalty handicapped person and the State Governme:rt also issued a certificate certifying him as a Person with Disa[ility with 640/0 disability. Initially, the petitioner was appointed as District Programme Oflicer (DPO) uide proceeding Rc.No.443 I A1 I AdminlNHM/2Ol8 dated 19.06.2018 and posted to Peddaltalli District. Subsequently, the petitioner made representation to the respondent authorities for transfer to his native district uide Rc.No.8BO I A4ISPMU l2O2O-21 dated 26.01.202 L. Now, without any valid grounds, the respondent authorities transferred the petitioner from the DM&HO Office, Mahabubabad, to the DM&HO Office, Hanumakonda. Aggrieved by the sanl.e, the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.2 on 28.11.2024 requesting re-allotment to his native Mahabubabad District in view of his 640/o disability. In these circumstarlces, the petitioner liled the present writ petition-
5. Learrred counsel for the petitioner further submits that in spite of la1tse of more than one year, the respondent authorities have not f.led urny counter in this matter. In view of the sarne' learned cognsel requested this Court to allow the writ petition by -a 3 E I I directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 28.LL.2024 by re-allotting the petitioner to the Mahabubabad District, taking into account his disability.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the petitioner was appointed as District Programme Offrcer (DPO) on contract basis uide proceeding Rc.No.443 I AL / AdminlNHM/2OlS dated 19.06.2018 and posted to Peddapalli District. Thereafter, at petitioner's request, he was transferred to Mahabubabad District. The respondent authorities have the power to post the petitioner anywhere in the State. Accordingly, the petitioner was transferred to Hanumakonda. If the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent authorities to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Therefore, learned Assistant Government Pleader requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by the respective parties, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the competent authority for reconsideration of his case for re-allotment to Mahabubabad District, taking his 64oh disability into account. Upon receipt of such representation, the 4 responderrt authorities are directed to consider it and pass appropriai:e orders in accordance with law and to communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
