Heard Mr.Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.Nos.32468 of 2024 and 314 of 2025, Mr.Kadaru Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitigner in W.P.Nos.34982 of 2024, 443 of 2025 and 450 of 2025, Ms.N.V.R.Rajya Lakshmi, learned counsel for petitioner in W.P.No.544 of 2025, Mr.Manda Adam, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.6l34 of 2025, Mr.Krishna Swamy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Labour, Mr.Haritha Kiran, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Mr.R.Nagarjun Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health, appearing for respective respondents and Mr.V.Venkat, learned counsel representing Mr.Samudrala Mani t \ Chander Raj, learned counsei for respondent No.8 in W.P.No.34982 of 2024. \

The cornmon contention of learned counsel for the petitioner in all the Writ Petitions is that while the agreement of contract, date,d 21.O8.2024 is in subsistence till 31.O3.2025, respondent authorities are allotting the outsourcing works in favour of vanous outsourcing agencies arld dispossessing the staff of petitioner's agency from their services b-r, calling the tenders in pursuance of the notification, dated A)./OS/June/2024 dated 03.O9.2024, which is iltegal and arbitrary. 1 l. Learned Assistant Governmeht Pleader for Labour submits that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive as the contract allorted to the petitioner has come to an end by 31 .O3.2025. Mr.Vive[<, learned counsel representing Mr.Samudrala Mani Chander Rz,j, learned counsel for respondent No.8 in W.P.No.3498'2 of 2024 submits that the respondents have no role to play with "egard to the disputes between the parties and that they have issued the tender notification as per lar.r, and awarded I l the contract. Therefore, passing any adverse orders would affect the rights of the parties. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss these Writ Petitions.

Having regard to the submissions of all the learned counsel andsincethecontract,dated2l'O8'2O24,hasalreadycometo an end by 31.03.2025, keeping these Writ Petitions pending will not fructify any result. Therefore, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed.
