When the matter is taken up for conside . ation, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitior cr.has hled an application under Dharani Portal seeking correr t jon of wrong entries in the revenue records in respect of the ap;.ic:ultural lald admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas out of Acs.O6- tli I+tntas in Sv.No.2OO situated at Phanagiri Village, Nag ram Mandal, Suryapet District. However, pending Writ Petition, the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024 firr short, "rhe Act") has come into place. Therefore, he seeks a rjirt:ction to the official respondents to pass appropriate orders. 4 Learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Re 'r:nue by fiiing counter affidavit also seeks a direction to the pt.:itioner to file fresh application AS per the Act and that the s rne would be considered in due course of time. 5 Respondent No.4, filed counter afficlavit bur r. one appea-rs on his behatf

Having regard to the submissions of all the learned counsel, this Court -without going into the merits or demerits of the case is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioner to hle a fresh applicatior .rs per the provisions of the Art, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt cf - copy of the order. On liling such application, the official respondents are directed to consider the same ald pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, in accordarce with 1au', tvithout collecting any fees.
