The brief facts of the case a-re that the petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot No. 174, admeasuring 240 square yards in Sy.No.223, situated at Daiera Village, Keesara Manda-l, Medhca.l-Malkajgiri District, having purchased the sarne from its lega1 owners represented by their G.P.A. Holder Sri Pininti Anji Reddy under a registered sa-le deed bearing document No.3430/84, dated 13.O6 .i[lS{;na her name was also mutated in the Pag: 2 of 4 revenue records altd from then, she is in peac:r 1tl posscssion of the subject property. Later on, rr:s r rndent No.5 purchased al agricultur-al land admeasuring 1',, . 1.00 guntas S1'.No.22,1, rvltose West boundary lies Si,.No.223 Thereafter, he purchased agricultural lanrl rdnteasuring Ac.O.16 guntas in Sv.No.224, u,hose North bor rrdan, lies in Sy.No.224, South lies in Sv.No.224 and lart land in Sy.No.223, EasL lies in S),.No.224 and v'cst lies in Sy.No.223. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot No.174, admeasuring 24O square yards in Sy.No.223, situated at Daiera Village, Keesara Mandal, Medhcal- Mafkajgiri District. Due to steep rlse rn property rates, respondent No.5 with an evil intention to grab the subject property started disturbing the boundaries. The petitioner has complained zrbout the same to the loca,l police, but no action has been ir-ritiated agarnst respondent No.5. As such, the petitioner had submitted representations, dated
10.05.2019 to respondent Nos. I to 3 to conduct survey arld hx the bottndaries After receiving the said representations, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries. Hence, seeks indulgence of this Court.
