This Petition coming'on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of sri Mohammad Adnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Additional public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri shaik Hussain, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: ORDER I HON'BI,E SMT. JUSTICE JUWADI SRJDEVI I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.95 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 7 to quash the proceedings against them in F.l.R.No.278 of 2021 of Women Police Station South llast Zone (Hyderabad), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4984, 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of'Dowrv Prohibition Act.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as vvell as the respondent No.2, that during pendency o1- the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matler and accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have bcen filed to record the compromise between them and to comp<.rund thc offences.

Vide order dated 07.01 .2025, this Court directed the parlies along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court I 2 for the State ofTelangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report. 4 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the petitioners/accused Nos. I to 6 and the respondent No.2 have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 10.01.2025 stating that except the petitioner/accused No.7, the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 6 and respondent No.2 have appeared before them and to that effect, a report is placed on record.
5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allowed in part and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 6 in F.I.R.No.278 of 2024 of Women Police Station South F,ast Zone (Hyderabad), are hereby quashed.
