Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land in Srrrvey Nos.496/EE, 497 /3, 498/8, 499/8, 522/A, 523/A, 53O, 5OO/AA, 4O5/E,E/L, 4O5lErl_/3, 5OO/A1, 4O5lF'F- 12, 496A, 5OO/A, 4g7 / l, 4g8 / AA, 4g;g / A, 50 1 / 1, 522/ 11, 53O/2, 53O/2, 53O/ A, 523/ A2, 522/ Al, SOl f2, 4gg / AA, 498 / AA, 497 I 2, 496 I AA, 492 / Al l, 523 / AL, 523, 4g2lEE/ l, 492lDD/2, 501/3, totally ad'measuring Ac.21.O9 guntas situated in Dubbaka Revenue Village, Dubbaka Mandal, Siddipet District ('subject property' for brevity). She further submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 will take necessary steps for conducting survey within a period of two months by duly taking into consideration the application submitted by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to conduct survey of subject property, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by duly issuing notice to the petitioner as well as affected parties.
