2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition 1S disposed of at the admission stage and in view of the relief sought in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the un- ofhcial respondents is dispensed with.

It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar of an agricultural land to an extent of Ac.O2-O2 guntas in survey No.31, situated at Shivanenigudem Village, Chityala Mandal, Now Chityala Municipality. It is further stated that adjacent 2 CVBR, J \\'p 158_2025 to the petit <>ner's patta land, a village pathway exists in survey [tlo.31 to have ingress and egress to the adjacent pattadals I t is further stated thatjince long time, the said pathwal u,l-ri c:h exists in survey No.34 is being usr:d by the inhabitanl-s c,f the locality.

Th: gri,:vance of the petitioner is that respondr:nt Nos.S and 6, takin;3 advantage of the issuance of the pattadar passbool<s in their favour in respect of land in survr:y No.34, have norv enr::oached the pathway and they are nor aliowing the adja:ent pattadars to have ingress and egress to reach their lan,ls si uated in adjacent survey numbers.

This Cou.rt without expressing any opinion on the right and entillem€nt of the petitioner, as it is stated that a village pathway is e>risting as per the village revenue map ltrepared as per the p .,1.ri"iot-rs of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fas,li arr(l as the Tahsildar is competent to rerrove the encroachnlenlsi on the public pathways which are de1;icted in the village re./,lnue map, deems it appropriate to drrect the responderlt authorities to conduct arl enquiry and if it is found that there are any encroachments on thc public I i I r To, 3 CVBR, J wp 158 2025 road/pathway, they shall take appropriate action, 1n accordance with law.
6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
