Heard Smt.Saritha Modukuru' learned Government Pleader for N.Chandrashekar, Iearned Standing Counsel tor TGNPDCL lor respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Perused the record EnergY for resPonden t No.1, Sri petttloner, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the request of Saraiah, had 4 respondent No.4, the father of petitioner namely Bandi 2 executed a Gift Deed dated 20.1 r.2or3, gifting their rand in favour of Government, without any consideration or compensation, for erection of 33/ 1 1 KV Sub-Station at Gopalapuram village, Warangal Rural Circle believing the version of respondent No.4 that the corporation wifl provide employment to the petitioner herein as Sub-Station operator in the newly erected 33/ 11 KV Sub-station at Gopalapuram v lage or in any sub- station in warangal district. Therefore, petitioner made a representation lo the respondent No.4 on 2S.l.2O2l with a request to provide employment in Gopalapuram Sub-station or in any sub_station basing on his educational qualihcations, but so far no action has been taken bv respondent No.4. Hence, petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider his representation and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated period ol time. the Respondent

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for Corporation submits that there is no mention in the Gift Deed dated 2O.l l.2O l3 lor providing employment or compensation to the petitioner, however, the lcarned Standing Counsel submits that since thc represenration of rhe peritioner dated 25.1.2O21 is pending belore respondcnt No.4, the respondent No.4 will consider ald pass appropriate orders on the said representation.
