ANITHA REDDY THIMMADI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR STAMPS & REGISTRATION The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR PETITION N o 2 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 6 in considering the representation dated 26.L2.2024 and not to consider any document and not to entertain any document pertaining to the lands in Sy.Nos.3,4,5 and 6 extent Ac.32.19 guntas situated at Yavapur Village, Sadasivpet Mandal, Sangareddy District relying basing on the alleged, created and forged simple sale deed dated

01.10.2020, general power of attorney in favour of the respondent No.B and further the General Power of Attorney dated t2.Og.2O2O alleged to be executed by the petitioner No.1 in favour of respondent No.9 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.t2.2024. 2, Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner though raised various grounds, however he has limited his grievance to the aspect of disposing his representation dated 26.72.2024, which is pending for consideration before respondent Nos.2 to 6 and also not to consider any document and not to entertain any document pertaining to the lands in I 2 Sy.Nos.3,4,5 and 6 to an extent Ac.32.19 guntas situated at Yavapur Village, Sadasivpet Mandal, Sangareddy District.

This Court vide its order dated tL.07.2023 passed in W.P.Nos.2437 of 2023 passed the following order: "Learned Assistant Government pleader for Assignment accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and seeks time to get instructions. Notice to respondent No.4, Personal notice is permitted. List on 21.02.2023 along with W.p.No.1Bs7O of 2OZ2 and 69LL of 2022. Vide order dated 09.02.2022 in W.p.No.6911 of 2022, this Court directed to maintain status quo obtaining as on that day shall be maintained. During the pendency of the aforesaid order, according to learned counsel for the petitioner. respondent No.4 is going to alienate the subject property in favour of third parties. In view of the same, matter requ ires examination. Therefore, till then, respondent No.3 is directed not to entertain any document to be submitted by respondent No.4 in respect of subject property i.e., land admeasuring Ac.6-22 guntas in Sy.No.5/2, Ac.8-13 guntas in Sy.No.7/2 and Ac.2-24 guntas in Sy.No.8/2, situated at Yawapur Village, Sadasivapet. Mandal, Sanga Reddy District".

Learned Government pleader appearing for Stamps and Registration placed a copy of the instructions given by the Sub- Registrar, Sadasivapet and in the instructions it is submitted that according to the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.IL.2024 and upon the interim order granted by the Hon,ble High Court in -) W.P.No.2437 of 2023 and 6911 ot 2022 submitted by the petitioner in respect oF the properties under Sy.Nos.3,4,5 and 7 of Yawapur Village of Sadasivapet Mandal has been notified under prohibited properties and a copy of the list of prohibited properties has been enclosed along with instructions.

5. Learned counsel for the petltioner verified the same and submits that no further orders are required since the properties are already entered in the prohibited properties.

6. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
