Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, L982, Hyderabad, was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on

5. In view of the submissions made by both sides and in view of the dismissal of W.P.No. 191O6 of 20 10 on

28.05.2025, the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2O2O in W.P.No.118 of 2O2O, dated

03.01.2020 is made absolute. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
