The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 4. respondents ,t".lo, lifting the CMR paddy pertaining to Crop YearRabi2o22-23,fromthepossessionofthepetitioner'srice mill and the same was kept in auction for Global E-tender for third parties. l,earned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies' on oral 5. instructions, submitted that the respondents are ready to lift the paddy lying in the petitioner's rice mill and seeks suflicient time.
