The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petltioner the Plot No. 650, in Survey Nos. 11/14, lVls, Ltl76, ll/L7 and 11/18 part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 300 sq yards, situated at Khanarnet (V) Rajendranagar Taluk, Road No.35, Ayyappa Society, Madapur, Ranga Reddy District, T.S bounded by North: Plot No. 651; South: Plot No. 649; East: Plot No. 653; West: 30'Wide Road., as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual 2 "r: SN, J servic(-r clnnection without being influenced by the instructio,rs of the Bth respondent and to pass. . . It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on' behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on brehalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.P. No. 20263 of ?-024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in:erms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 20263 ot 2024 dated 2L.O8.2O24, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricity 3 SN, J servace connection to the petitioner in accordance to !aw, in respect of petitioner,s subject property bearing Plot No. 65O, in Survey Nos. 11114, LL/LS, 1-L/1-6, Ll/L7 and 11l18 part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 3OO sq yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Rajendranagar Taluk, Road No,35, Ayyappa Society, Madapur, Ranga Reddy District Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.O9.2O12 passed in Writ petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
