Thakur Roopa Sangh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri N.Sridhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the appllcation form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No.855, in Survey Nos.11114, lU15, LL/16, lll77 and 11/18 Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 300 sq. yards, situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Op Housing Society Ltd., Khanam€t (V), Serilingampally (M), under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North:30' Ft. Wide Road; South:Plot No.885; East:Plot No.856; West: Plot No.854, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive -application and to ,) SN, J wP 208 2025 release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the gth respondent and to p;rss such other order or orders as this Hon,ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice.,,

It is; represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 03.01.2025 passed in W p. No.132 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms o'the aforesaid order.

Taking into consaderation the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standang Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P. No.132 ol 2025 dated 03.01.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner,s subject premises and further to consider the request of J SN.
