The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No. 1232, in Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 3OO sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V) Serilingampally (M), under GHMC, Ranga Reddy Districa, T.S., bounded by North: Plot No.1233; South: Plot No.1231-A; East:30 Ft. Wide Road; West: Plot No. 1229., as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Bth respondent and to pass..." 2 SN, J

It i:; represented by the learned counsel appeanng on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.p. No. 20263 of 2024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed c,f in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behatf of the petitioners and the learned standing counset appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.2O263 of 2024 dated 2L.O8.2O24, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioners seeking electricity service connection to petitioners' subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioners for release of electricity service connection to the petitioners in accordance to J SN. J law. in respect of petitioners' subiect property bearing Plot No. L232, in Part of Survey No'11, admeasuring 3OO sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V) Serilingampally (M), under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Tetangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subiect to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2O12 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
