The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner the Plot No. L147, in Survey Nos. 11/14, ll/15, lul6, ll/17 and 11/18 admeasuring 500 sq. yards situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North: 40' Wide Road; South: Plot No. 1148; East: Plot No.1146; West: 60'Wide Road., as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service I \ l . Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.
