2. I-he respondents have filed a counter affidavit on 03.12.2019 stating that the representations of the petitioner date d 12.08.2015,

14.09.2015 and 02.11.2015 were considered by respondent No.3 and the new Fishennan Co-operative Society was registered at Rampur Village, Bhutkur Gram Panchayat of Kadem Mandal vide I I I 2 TMDJ wp 34244 2015 registration certificate No.25g dated, 02.02.2016 together with bve_ laws and the said society is working till date.

3. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed and no further orders are necessary in this Writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed.
