No.90 of 2015 dated 28.12.2O23 to the credit of E.P. No.62 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar set of facts and circumsta-nces, this Court disposed of the W.P. No.29064 of 2025 on 23.09.2025 wherein directed to the respondent authorities therein to deposit the enhanced compensation t I I in terms of the order and decree passed in LAOP. No.47 of 2012 dated

No.22 of 2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet, within a period of for-rr (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and seeks to pass similar order.
