2. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5 and Sri T. P. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2,4 & 6, on oral instructions, submitted that the respondents will consider the representation dated 3L.L2.2O24 frled by the petitioner aad shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with.

In view of the submissions Eade by learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the represeutation filed by the petitioner on 31.L2.2O24 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with [aw, within a period of four (O4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
