He has further submitted that, in view of the dismissal of the reference cases, the present petitions have become infructuous and, therefore, the same may be disposed of. In view of the above submissions, the present petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice in each petition stands discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
