Further, Mr.Joshi, learned counsel submits that he has an instruction to withdraw the appeals. He seeks permission to withdraw these appeals. Mr.Joshi, learned counsel has tendered the copy of the communication, which is taken on record. Permission as sought for is granted. The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not C/FA/302/2008 ORDER DATED: 24/07/2025 gone into merits of the matter. Registry is directed to transmit back the record and proceedings, if any, to the concerned Court forthwith. Pending civil applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
