This application is filed seeking to remove/rectify/expunge the impugned trademark/label “IPCL” under No. 2511431 in Class 10 from the Register of Trade Marks.
It is noticed that though this application is presented in the year 2022 and several efforts have been made by the Registry for service of notice, the applicant could not be served. Thereafter, efforts were made to serve learned advocate who had filed appearance before Intellectual Property Appellate Board (I.P.A.B.), Chennai, however, the service could not be effected and till date no appearance is filed on behalf of the applicant.
In view of above fact situation, present application is
