1.(cid:9)Heard learned counsel Mr. Kirit Patel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Bhatt, learned AGP for State Respondent.
2.(cid:9)In accordance with the interim order passed by this Court, the Respondent No.3 C.N. Kothari Homeopathic College, Vyara, has admitted the petitioner in first year BHMS course for the academic year 2000-2001. A copy of the letter written by the Principal of the college dated 14-6-2001 has been produced and from the letter it appears that, there is one vacancy in which the petitioner has been admitted against higher payment seat. The petitioner has filed present petition for his admission in first year BHMS course. Since the respondent no.3 college has already admitted the student, present petition has become infructuous. No further direction is required in the matter. Copy of the letter of the Principal dated 14-6-2001 be kept on record. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
