SUTHAR Date : 10/07/2025 ORAL ORDER By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for appropriate direction to register the written complaint (Annexure-A) of the petitioner as FIR. Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondent – State and perusing the record it appears that the petitioner has filed a written complaint dated 31.11.2024 (Annexure-A) to the petition. Considering the aforesaid fact, respondent authority is directed to inform about the outcome of the written complaint dated 30.11.2024 to the petitioner. With aforesaid direction, present petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not opined anything as to whether any offence is made out or not.
