1.(cid:9)Heard learned counsel for the parties. This matter is taken up today, as it is jointly submitted that the dispute between the appellant and respondents have been resolved, in view of the award passed by the Tribunal under section 11 (C) of the Arbitration Act,
#1996. It is further jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that, as the dispute has been resolved by the award passed by the Arbitration Tribunal under section 11 (C) of the Arbitration Act, 1996, this appeal has become infructuous and be disposed of accordingly.
2.(cid:9)The appeal is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous, with no order as to costs. In view of the dismissal of main appeal as above, civil application does not survive and the same is dismissed. Interim order stands vacated. Dt:13-3-2002 ( N.G. Nandi, J ) ( J.R. Vora, J ) /vgn
