Tochhawng, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that affidavit-in-opposition has been filed on 01.02.2023. Mrs. H. Lalmalsawmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that affidavit-in-opposition has been filed on 10.03.2023. Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC submits that she will not be filing any affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of the Union of India. On perusing the order sheet in this case, it is seen that none has appeared for the petitioner on the last three occasions, i.e, on 31.01.2023, 08.02.2023 and 01.03.2023.
