This application under Order 41 Rule 5 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure is preferred by the applicant for staying operation of the impugned Order dated 17.04.2026. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the connected appeal has already been admitted from hearing and the record has been called for and as such, there is a requirement for staying the operation impugned Order dated
17.04.2026. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the facts and circumstances of the record, the impugned Order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the Trial Court in Civil Suit No. 15/2025 stands stayed till disposal of the appeal.
