21.08.2024 (N. Sailo, J) Heard Ms. Z. Zhimomi, learned counsel for the applicant, who Page No.# 3/3 submits that the applicant, by filing this application, seeks impleadment of Shri Y. Kikheto Sema, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Department of Law & Justice as respondent No. 4 in the contempt petition since the earlier incumbent has been replaced by the said person. She submits that impleadment of the new incumbent is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. In view of above, upon perusal of the application and upon hearing the learned counsel, the prayer for impleadment of Shri Y. Kikheto Sema is hereby allowed. I.A. stands disposed of.
