By this application under Section 438 CrPC, the petitioner, namely, Motiar Rahman apprehending his arrest is seeking pre-arrest bail in Sapatgram Police Station Case No. 84/2023 registered under Section 120(B) IPC, read with Sections 9/10/11 (1) of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and read with Sections 6/17 of the POCSO Act, 2012. During the deliberation of the matter, on instruction of the petitioner, Mr. R.A. Ahmed, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application. Prayer is allowed.
