This is an application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in respect of NDPS Page No.# 2/2 Case No.71/2023 arising out of Basistha P.S. Case No. 111/2023 under Sections 22(C)/25 and 29 of the NDPS Act pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was found in the possession of the petitioner. The trial is going on and two witnesses have been examined. This Court is of the opinion that allowing the petitioner to go on bail would hamper the investigation of the case. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
