Heard Sri D Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. Also perused the Case Diary. Sri Mazumdar, learned counsel submitted that the injured Sri Lal chand Ali, did not receive any grievous injury. tained fracture injury and as per the Doctor, it was a grievous one. However, the injury report clearly shows that the victim had sus Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to th e petitioner. Hence, the bail prayer is rejected. The Anticipatory Bail Application, accordingly, stands rejected.
