This application under section 439 Cr.P.C., is preferred by applicant Md. Shajib Miah @ Sajib Miah, who is languishing in jail hajot since 07.09.2022, in connection with Mankachar PS Case Page No.# 2/2 No.271/2022 under section 22(c) NDPS Act. Mr. Gogoi, learned Addl. PP has submitted that the investigating authority has already submitted charge sheet vide Charge sheet No.246/2022 dated 07.11.2022. In that view of the matter, this Bail Appln stands closed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the learned court below for regular bail and in the event of filing such application, the learned court below shall consider the same on its own merit.
