Page No.# 2/2 This revision petition under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the impugned order dated 27.08.2018, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta in F.C.(Crl.) No. 473/2015, U/S 125 Cr.P.C. allowing DNA test of the son of 1st Party/Respondent. Mr. R. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to one affidavit submitted by the respondent on 23.02.2022, submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they are no longer willing to pursue this revision petition and the respondent in the said affidavit has clearly stated that she has no objection if the impugned order dated 27.08.2018, is set aside and quashed for the ends of justice. Learned counsel for the respondent also confirmed the settlement achieved at by the parties. Considering the submissions of learned Advocates of both sides and also considering the affidavit dated 23.02.2022 filed by the respondent and as agreed upon by both the parties, this revision petition stands disposed of by quashing the impugned order dated 27.08.2018.
