In view of this, the claimant-respondent is allowed to withdraw the sum of Rs. 2 5,000/- from the Registry on proper identification. After releasing the said amo unt, Registry is directed to send back the LCRs to the Tribunal. Accordingly, this case stands disposed of. It is needless to say that the said amount has to be adjusted against the award.
